The Committee's role in the WSF's Strategic Plan evolved to
"provide a role of facilitation, coordination and monitoring
towards Regional Federations and MNF's in grass-roots
development".
This acknowledges that development projects must be led at
local level and that the WSF's expertise should be as a
centre for resources and sharing best practice.
